As a Default Profile Photo, a Staff Member's 'First Initial' and 'Last Initial' will be presented as White Copy within a Light Grey Circle.
To Change this, Staff are able to upload a Professional Photo of themselves via their Retail Admin Site.
Please Note: The Uploaded Staff Member's Profile Photo will be shown on the Mobile Site when Staff Pick-Up Visitors from the Store Queue. Ensure clear guidelines are provided around what is and is not acceptable.
