After a Visitor has been added to the Queue, Any Staff Member can now Assist them by selecting 'Pick-Up'.
Additional Information added to the Visitor's Queue Record can be accessed from most Queueing Pages (from the "Waiting", "In-Progress" & "On-Hold" queues) by simply tapping on the respective timer.
