Please Note: Placing a Visitor On-Hold Must be Enabled by Platform Admin
When Enabled, Staff are able to Place Visitor's On-Hold. This allows Staff to transfer a Visitor amongst Staff with Different Skills (e.g. 'speak to the manager') & also allows Visitors to be Placed On Hold without having to Join the Queue again where they may need a short break (e.g. 'to go to the bank').
