We Strongly Recommend Following the steps covered below Daily (Every Morning) to ensure that you Identify and Resolve Any Store-Network/Display issues before trading starts.
The Platform monitors all Connected Displays & Devices in all your Retail Stores / Branches.
If all the Devices go Offline in a Store, this could be a sign that this Store will not be able to Trade. The Store's status will therefore Turn RED. If a Store is No Longer Operating, please follow the steps defined here to delete it.
If one or more (but not all) Devices go Offline within a Store, this will impact any Personalised Experiences that can be supported on associated Displays. The Store status for these will Turn ORANGE. To troubleshoot Display Issues, please see details here.
