You can allow Store Visitors to engage with Displays using their own mobile devices (using QR-Control). This allows Visitors to scan a QR-Code presented on a Display and their mobile device can act as a remote control to that Display. Experiences are synchronised between the Visitor's Mobile Device & the Display.
Once Triggered Campaigns have been set-up within the Platform, follow the steps below to enable QR Control on an individual Display:
