To set-up a dedicated Concierge Display / Kiosk that allows Visitors to quickly Join the Queue when they enter a Store / Branch should only take a few minutes.
Steps to set this up are as follows:
- STEP 1 - Create a Mobile Site Template for Your Concierge Display/Kiosk
- STEP 2 - Enable QR Control & Assign the Mobile Template to the Concierge Display/Kiosk
Once you've followed the Steps below & set-up your Concierge Display/Kiosk Experience, you can further Personalise a Visitors experience (see following article).
