Uploading Assets/Campaigns (Videos & Images)

To Add Campaigns to your AEM Screens Channels, you first need to upload the respective Videos & Images. Assets are managed universally within AEM & they are therefore accessible from the AEM Main Page.

1. To Upload Assets select the Assets folder from the AEM Home screen

2. Select Assets > Files & then create a new Assets Folder by clicking Create > Folder

We suggest calling the Folder {BrandName} Screens (you can call it any name you like).

3. Use either one of the following methods to upload your Images/Videos to your Screens Assets folder:

3A. Drag & Drop assets from your computer onto the interface and follow instructions.

OR,

3B. Use the Create CTA top right corner, then from the dropdown list select Files.

Navigate to the folder containing the assets you want to add from your computer, select them and select Open.

4. Select the assets by clicking on the Tick Icons for each. A contextual menu appears at the top. Select Manage Publication. Go through the publish process.
