PERSONALISATION | Step 5: Activate Triggered Campaign on selected Touch-Points

Finally, you now need to select which touch-points you would like to Activate the Triggered Campaign.


Options are as follows:

  1. Staff Tablet - this allows Staff to Activate the Triggered Campaign on the Retail Display via their Retail Admin sites
  2. QR Control - allows Visitors to Scan the QR Code on a Display and their Mobile Phone becomes a remote control to that Display. As they select a Triggered Campaign (from the Campaign Carousel) the Playback of this Campaign will start playing on the Display & the Visitor will also be directed to the Defined Campaign URL for that Campaign (based on the Campaign Interaction Settings)
  3. Dialogflow (ChatBot) - allows Visitors to interact with a ChatBot. Identified (ChatBot) Conversational Intent can then Trigger the Playback of the Triggered Campaign on the Display.
