Once you have created a Triggered Campaign, you can also Activate this Campaign on any Retail Display based on the Conversational Intent of a Visitor. The Synonyms provided in the Triggered Campaign (covered in an earlier User Guide) are matched to a Visitors Utterances/Conversations & where there is a Match, the Appropriate Triggered Campaign will be Played Back on the Respective Display.
To enable this feature on an Individual Display, please follow the following steps:
