It is Important that an Accurate Representation of the Actual Physical Displays & Devices is maintained across every connected Store. This ensures that an accurate record of the Store's performance is maintained and any Network/Connectivity/Display issues are picked up as they occur.
If a Display is Removed from a Store/Branch, the Display should immediately be deleted from AEM. The Display will then take 24 hours to be removed from the Personalisation Hub Platform.
The 24-Hour delay is to ensure that if AEM experiences an outage, not every Display will be removed from Personalisation Hub. If you expect to experience longer AEM outages than 24 hours, please raise a ticket for support.
