Add / Managing Store Segments

Once you've Defined your Localisation Strategy, Next Step is to Create the required Store Segments in Personalisation Hub.


Fixed Store Segments: Are only visible to & can only be controlled by Headquarters (via HQ Admin). These can be used to support a more advanced ge-targeting strategy (e.g. based on demographic/census data).


Variable Store Segments: Are visible-to & can-be-enabled/disabled by Store Managers within each of their respective stores via their Retail Admin sites. These can be used to show/hide localised promotions (e.g. based on store stock levels).


Follow the steps below to manage your respective Store Segments:


1. Login to HQ Admin

2. Navigate to COMPANY SETTINGS > Retail Settings > Store Segments

3. Select Add New Variable/Fixed Store Segment

4. Provide a Name for the New Store Segment

5. Select Save


To Add Variable/Fixed Store Segments, navigate to the respective Store Details Page :

1. Navigate to STORES / BRANCHES

2. Search for the Store(s)

3. Click on the Store's Name (within the table)

4. Scroll down to the Store Segments fields (find the newly added Store Segments within either the Store Segments or Fixed Store Segments fields)

5. Select Save Changes
