If a Customer checks a Store's Opening Hours & arrives at a Store only to find that it's Closed. No Level of Localisation & Personalisation is going to save this situation, Customers are likely to leave your Store a 1 star review.


Local Reviews play a key role within your Local SEO efforts. If a Customer has a choice between a Store with a 3 star review versus a Store with a 5 star review, the choice is clear.


The Personalisation Hub Platform ensures clients are able to establish a single source of Truth for Retail Data. This data is continually validated by Front-Line staff to ensure that it remains accurate.

Store Codes (Unique ID used to sync Retail data between systems)

Every Location requires a Unique Store Code that gets used to match Store Data across connected Platforms (e.g. between GBP & AEM).


Store Name

The User Facing Name for the Store.


State / Address Data

Any GBP Address Data can be utilised to seamlessly Localise Campaigns/Experiences.


Opening Hour Data

Central Source of Truth for Store Opening Hour data. Opening Hour Data is also continually validated by Front-Line Staff.


# of Connected Displays & Display/Network Status

Overview of Stores/Locations Real-Time Display Status & Monitoring for Possible Network Issues.


Store Segments (used for Geo Targeting)

Store Segments that get created & used to Localise specific Campaigns. Store Segments can also be managed by the Store Manager (via the Platform's Retail Admin Tablet Site).


Fixed Store Segments (used for Geo Targeting)

Fixed Store segments are only used-by & visible to Headquarters. These are not visible to Local Store Managers.
