Please Note: Triggered Campaigns must be set-up and the Platform must be integrated with Dialogflow to support ChatBot interactions on/with a Display. Raise a ticket if you need support setting this up.
Once the Platform is connected to Dialogflow, Brands are able to synchronise Experiences on Displays based on the Conversational Intent that occurs with a Visitor. Triggered Campaigns get mapped to specific Synonyms/Utterances and once these are matched Brands can Trigger the Playback of Campaigns on the Connected Display.
