LOCALISATION | Target Campaigns based on Languages currently Spoken by Staff

Please Note: The Ability to Target Campaigns based on the Languages that are currently Spoken by Staff on Shift is dependant on a Store using Queueing and ensuring that all Staff Profiles within that Store have their Languages associated to their Profile


You can also Target Campaigns based on the Languages Spoken by Staff currently assisting Visitors in the Store Queue. 


As Staff login (& are 'Available') for their Shift, the Languages that they Speak are activated within that Store. Clients can then Show/Hide Campaigns based on these Languages (e.g. letting foreign passers-by know that they can be served in their own language).


The 'value' defined for this Audience/Segment, must match the values in the Languages Spoken Drop Down menu (see STAFF TABLET | Update Staff's Language(s) Spoken for details)
