To Ensure Visitor's Feel Comfortable when Visiting your Stores. Ensure that all Staff have updated their Staff Profile and listed the Languages that they are able to Assist Visitors in.
Once these have been Updated, you are able to Start ensuring that if a Language is spoken, Visitors can be assigned to a Staff Member that speaks that Language.
Promotions presented on Retail Displays can also be Targeted based on the Languages currently Spoken by Staff on Shift.
