STAFF TABLET | Update Staff's Language(s) Spoken

Visitors arriving in Store may not speak the Primary Language supported within your Stores (e.g. English). In this case, Staff are able to update the Languages that they are able to Speak within their Staff Profile.


Once these Languages are defined, Visitors can be moved (by the Store-Manager/Concierge) directly from the "Waiting" Queue to the "On-Hold" Queue where they are able to then get Assistance from a Staff Member that speaks their Language. Please Note: Only the Languages spoken by Staff that are currently on shift (i.e. their Status is "Available" or "Serving Customers") will be available for Selection within the Place On Hold "Languages Spoken" drop down menu.
