Once the Personalisation Hub Platform has been installed & Your Organisation's DNS Record updated, you should now be able to Login to the Platform for the First Time.
Update Admin Password
During Platform Installation you would have provided an Admin Email Address as well as an Initial Platform Login Password. When you use these credentials to Login to Personalisation Hub, you will immediately be asked to update your Password.
- Visit https://{YourPlatformDomain}/hq-admin/login > this URL will only work once your organisations DNS records have been updated.
- Enter the email address provided during Platform Installation.
- Enter the Temp password that you provided during Platform Installation.
- You'll be redirected to an Update Password Page.
- Please provide a Very Secure Platform Password.
- Select 'Update Password'.
We Strongly Recommend setting up the following:
- Add Google Maps API Key.
- Add Brand Name, Define Primary Business Category & Upload Company Logo/Icon.
- Update Platform Email Address (if not provided during Initial Platform Installation) & Validate AWS Approval (SES moved out of Sandbox).
- Update Platform Type (development|staging|production).
