CLOUD TEAM | Add / Approve Platform Email Address

Once the Platform has been Installed, First Step is to ensure that the Platform is able to send out Email Addresses. This is required for a Number of Different Platform Features (Adding New Users, Forgot Password, Offline Device Notifications, etc).


Please Note - You may require support from your Cloud (e.g. AWS) Account Manager if the email address that you enter below does not get approved for use by them.


To set up a Platform Email Address, follow the Steps Below:
