CLOUD TEAM | Platform (Pre-Installation) Check-List

Our mission is to ensure that the Personalisation Hub Platform starts to Deliver Maximum Value (for our clients) in the shortest possible time.


Therefore, prior to installing the Personalisation Hub Platform, we recommend having the following information available:


1. Primary Admin User's Email Address

Typically the email address for the IT owner that will be managing the Platform Install within your Cloud Environment.


2. Platform URL (e.g. retail.[YourCompanyDomain.com])

The URL that will be used to access the Platform (& used for 1st party cookies in the future). The relevant IT Resource should be available to update the DNS Records immediately after the Platform IP address has been assigned. After Platform Installation, an email containing the IP Info will be sent to the Primary Admin User's Email Address.


3. Platform Email Address

A company managed email address that will be used as the "Sender" of Platform emails (e.g. [email protected]). If a Platform Email Address is not defined during Platform Installation, the Primary Admin User's Email Address will be used. This can be updated later via COMPANY SETTINGS > Basic Company Info.


4. Your Company Logos/Icons

PNG (with Transparent Background) Versions of your Company Logo & Company Icon are used throughout the Platform. These will be uploaded via COMPANY SETTINGS > Brand / Logo.


5. Google Maps API Key

Your organisations Google Maps API Key, used for Google Address/Places look-ups. These can be added via PLATFORM ADMIN > Platform Integrations > Google Maps/Places.
