Unable to Access Platform - Seeing Access Denied Error Message

For Security reasons, your Organisation may have white listed the IP addresses that are allowed access to your Organisation's instance of the Personalisation Hub Platform. If the IP Address that you are accessing the Platform from is not on this list.


Step 1 - Ensure that you are trying to access from an Approved (White Listed) IP Address


Step 2 - Check the Error that you are seeing. 


If the Error looks like the below Error 1 - then you are being Bocked by Rules defined within your companies CDN (e.g. by Akamai or CloudFront). Copy the Reference # provided and send this to your CDN team so that they can Identify the Reason why you are being blocked (e.g. other Geo-Fencing Rules).

If the Error looks like the below Error 2 - then you are most likely been blocked by the Platform. Visit Google and Search "What's My IP Address" copy and paste this IP address and send it to your Platform Admin. They will beed to ensure that your IP address is white listed within the Platform.
