If you are unable to Login to the Platform, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Make sure that you using the correct email address and that the email address has been registered to use the Platform.
Step 2 - Make sure that you are using the correct Password. If you are unsure, click here and follow the Steps to Reset your Platform Password.
Step 3 - Clear your Browsers Cache & try to Login again. Every browser is different so please check which Browser you are using and follow their respective steps on how to clear the browser cache.
Step 4 - Try and Login to the Platform in 'Incognito Mode'
Step 5 - If after following all the Steps above you are still not able to Login to the Platform, please raise a Support Ticket with the team.
