SMS SENDING ISSUES | SMS Messages not sent or sent as UNVERIFIED

To send SMS messages from AWS you need to ensure that your AWS environment is out of Sandbox Mode and you have approval to use the SMS Sender ID that has been defined within the COMPANY SETTINGS > PLATFORM SET-UP section.


If you are not receiving SMS messages, or your Messages are being delivered as UNVERIFIED Sender, please follow the steps outlined in the AWS Support article below to register your desired SMS Sender ID.
