You can control the Menu Options that are shown to Visitors by Creating Different Mobile Site templates for Different Stores (e.g. a unique template for Stores in Shopping Malls versus those that aren't).
You can also control the Menu Options that are shown to Visitors based on their Location within the Store itself (within specific Zones). To do this you would Update the Mobile Site Templates that get assigned to the Displays/Devices within specific Zones (e.g. "Store Entrance"; "Gaming Zone", "Football Zone").
