To Quickly Add a Visitor to the Queue (& to allow them to use their Stored Contact Details from their Mobile Device), Staff can show the Visitor a QR-Code that will open the 'Join the Queue' form on the Visitor's Mobile.
When adding Visitors to the Queue via the Staff Tablet > We Recommend getting them to Scan this QR Code. This ensures that future Interactions within the Store / Branch can be associated to the Visitor (this facilitates a more personalised/connected experience when Visitors are picked up from the Queue).
Once the Visitor has Joined the Queue, Staff can then add 'Additional Information' to the Visitor's Queue record which then provides further Context for Assisting Staff.
