For Larger Store's that support a Concierge, they are able to quickly Add Store Visitor's to the Queue themselves as Visitor's enter the Store.
A Dedicated Concierge can also provide Staff with More Context that support a more personalised hand-over.
Once Visitor's have been added to the Queue, Concierge can guide Visitors to relevant Zones where they can Engage with Displays (using QR Control) while they wait. All recent interactions within the Store will also be surfaced to Store Staff when they are Picked-Up from the Queue.
