Any Connected Customer Data can be Surfaced to Staff when they Pick-Up a Customer from the Queue.


Also, Any Recent Interactions within your Store / Branch will be shown. This ensures that Staff are able to Personalise the Visitor's Interactions and ensures that any Interaction from every touch-point can be considered when tailoring their Retail Visit.
