The Platform Currently sends out a number of SMS Messages to Visitors informing them of their Status within the Queue. These SMS messages are sent using AWS SES Service & by Default the Sender of the Message will be from Your Brand. If you would like to update the Sender of these Messages, see Steps below.

Flagged as "No Show" | Hi ${VisitorFirstName}, Unfortunately you've lost your spot in the Queue. |
