SET-UP | Add a Campaign to Play on a Digital Signage Display

Once you've registered your Device/Display, see steps below to Add your first campaign to the respective Display-Type's Playlist. 


To complete this step: You'll need Campaign Assets (images/videos) that are correctly formatted for the Display/Device that you added in the previous step. In step 5 below, make sure you select the same display-type that you used to register the Display against.


Adding a Campaign to Play on a Digital Signage Display

1. Login to HQ ADMIN & Click on CAMPAIGNS

2. Click on the 'Add New Campaign' CTA (top right side of Campaigns Table)

3. Give the Campaign a Name and Add all the respective campaign details

4. Enable the 'Digital Signage' TouchPoint Toggle

5. Select all the Display-Types from the drop down menu (that you would like the Campaign to Play on)

6. Select Save Changes

7. Click on 'Campaign Creative' Tab

8. Drag & drop the Campaign Assets (Images/Video) that you would like to Play on the Display(s)

9. For Image Campaigns, Add the Playback Duration (i.e. how long would you like the image to play for on the display within the Playlist).

10. Once you're happy with the Campaign, select the Activate Campaign Toggle on the top right side of the screen (see screenshot below)


11. The Campaign should start playing on the Display/Device that you registered previously.
