4. Support OmniChannel Personalisation in Retail (Post Store Check-In)
Once a Visitor has checked in to the Store, the Platform is able to aggregate all Customer Data (e.g. CDP, Decisioning, CRM, Loyalty & Transaction Data) to Personalise a Visitor's Experiences within Retail. Campaigns can then be Personalised within the Store across any connected Experience Platforms (e.g. AEM, Dialogflow, etc). 
  • QR Control allows Visitors to Instantly Check-In to Stores, Campaigns presented on the Platform's Mobile Site can be Personalised & Relevant Offers surfaced. This allows Clients to surface Personalised Campaigns on the Displays running in Connected Stores. Associated Benefit: Increase Revenue

5. Virtual Queueing
Ensure Visitors to your Retail Stores/Branches don't have to Wait in a Physical Queue when they enter your Stores. The Platform allows Visitors to instantly Join the Store Queue (from the Platform's Mobile Site) when they enter a Store. This frees up Visitors to browse and engage with Your Brand. Using QR Control also opens up opportunities to better educate Visitors about your Range & Breadth of Products & Services on offer while they are waiting. Focus here is on dialling into identify a Visitors actual Intent & this will be surfaced to Store Staff when they are Picked-Up from the Queue.
