Once a Visitor has checked in to the Store, the Platform is able to aggregate all Customer Data (e.g. CDP, Decisioning, CRM, Loyalty & Transaction Data) to Personalise a Visitor's Experiences within Retail. Campaigns can then be Personalised within the Store across any connected Experience Platforms (e.g. AEM, Dialogflow, etc).
