Overview Targeting campaigns at a specific display level allows you to deliver content to individual screens based on their location or purpose. Use Display Tags to organise your displays into logical groups.

Before You Begin Make sure you have:

  • Created the necessary Display Tags in HQ Admin.
  • Registered the displays you want to target.
  • Created a campaign with basic details and schedules.

Step 1 – Create Display Tags

  1. In HQ Admin, navigate to Company Settings → Retail Settings → Display Tags.
  2. Click Add New Display Tag.
  3. Provide a name for the tag (e.g., “Food Court” or “Window Facing East”).
  4. Click Save.

Step 2 – Assign Display Tags to Displays

  1. Go to Digital Signage → Displays & Devices.
  2. Search for the display you wish to tag.
  3. Click the display’s name to open its details.
  4. In the Display Tags field, search and select the appropriate tags.
  5. Save your changes.

Step 3 – Target a Campaign by Display Tag

  1. Open the campaign you wish to target and go to the Audience Targeting tab.
  2. Click Add Targeting Rule.
  3. Set Targeting Variable to Display Tag.
  4. Choose an operator (e.g., includes selected).
  5. Select one or more tags that should receive the campaign.
  6. Save the rule.

Success Your campaign will now play only on the displays that match the selected tags.
