Overview
Registering a new display or device adds it to your Digital Signage network so it can receive content from Personalisation Hub. Use this guide to register unassigned devices and assign them to the correct store and display type.Before You Begin
Make sure you have:- The Asset ID or serial number of the device.
- Appropriate permissions to manage displays and devices.
- Created the necessary store and display type.
Step 1 – Go to Unassigned Devices
- Navigate to Displays & Devices → Unassigned Devices.
- You will see a list of devices or players waiting to be registered.
Step 2 – Complete the Registration Form
- Next to the device you wish to register, click Register.
- Enter a Display Name (the Asset ID is provided by default; you can change it).
- Select the correct store from the dropdown.
- Choose the appropriate display type (e.g., “Shop‑Front‑Landscape”).
- Click Save to confirm registration.
Success
The display or device is now registered and will appear under Assigned Devices. You can now schedule campaigns to it.Next Steps
