If your stores are using the staff-tablet/retail-admin interface (e.g. for queueing, appointments or to manage their store/display data). You can target campaigns based on the languages/skills of any staff members on-shift (i.e. staff members that have their status set to 'Available').
Example: You have stores/locations in multicultural neighborhoods, where many customers may not speak English. You can promote the fact that you have staff members currently on-shift that speak specific languages (e.g. Chinese).
Please Note: Staff Members must define the Languages that they speak within their respective staff profile (see following article for more info).

- Open the Campaign that you want to Target (.../hq-admin/campaigns)
- Select the 'Audience Targeting' Tab
- Add a New Targeting Rule by selecting [+ Add New 'AND' Condition]
- Select the 'Store / Location Data' from the First Drop Down Menu
- Select 'Languages Spoken by Staff' from the Second Drop Down menu
- Select the appropriate Operator (e.g. 'includes selected')
- Select the respective Staff Language(s) that you want the Campaign to play for (e.g. Chinese)
- Select 'Save Changes'
