If you are using Personalisation Hub's Virtual Queue Management feature in your stores/locations. You can target campaigns based on the reason why customers are waiting for assistance in-store.
Targeting is done on an aggregate basis (based on all customers in-store reason for visit data). The defined campaign(s) are triggered based on the percentage defined in the audience targeting rule.
Example: You are a bank and when there are more than 50% of customers waiting for assistance to take out a home-loan, you can ensure that all campaigns in the respective branch promoted your latest home-loan offers.
Please note: You can add multiple display-type playlists to a single campaign. This allows you to create a single campaign and when the audience targeting rule is matched, the uploaded campaign creative (videos/images) will play on all displays simultaneously within your store/branch/location.
